What Recruiters look for in candidates???

The pandemic changed how we work, live, socialize — everything. And most importantly the most-desired skills that HR recruiters today are looking for. Digital skills which includes software or system development (SharePoint), Project management, Data analysis (Power Bi), customer management seems to be more important than ever in landing new jobs given today’s economy and the COVID-19 pandemic. When it comes to soft skills, Recruiters look for people who communicate with confidence and how your values align with organisational values as well as who you are as a person(Tell them your story why you landed in this job or this industry). Be yourself! Beyond that how flexibile you are to manage even last minute challenges, are you open to feedback, do you enjoy problem solving and how you deal with difficult people.
