When it comes to soft skills, Recruiters look for people who communicate with confidence and how your values align with organisational values as well as who you are as a person(Tell them your story why you landed in this job or this industry). Be yourself!


Beyond that how flexibile you are to manage even last minute challenges, are you open to feedback, do you enjoy problem solving and how you deal with difficult people. Your cope up mechanisms and how effectively you managed failures demonstrates critical thinking, creativity and attention to detail alongwith you who act as a reliable person at all times.

 It is you who will benefit, then why think about anything. Brainstorm what your strongest skills and where you need training. Compare your list and find a place to start learning.
